Felix DuBose is the heart of Salt & Sage Consult—a community-first business consultant with nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the service industry. From managing multi-location restaurants to launching his own ventures, Felix brings lived experience, deep operational knowledge, and a grounded understanding of what it takes to not only start a business—but keep it thriving.

His entrepreneurial journey began with Pine & Soda, a  company he built from the ground up. Since then, he’s gone on to establish several service-based businesses and support to dozens of founders across industries. Whether it’s helping someone buy and operate their first food truck, navigating government regulations, or designing streamlined hiring and staffing systems, Felix is known for being the go-to problem solver.

He’s deeply connected to his community and fluent in both English and Spanish, making him an invaluable guide for entrepreneurs who are often left out of traditional systems. Felix is trusted by city officials, vendors, and inspectors alike—not just because of his experience, but because of the way he operates: with fairness, transparency, and a belief that everyone deserves a real shot at building something of their own.
